What is your return policy?

Handmade and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. Boutique items are eligible for returns if unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about a return, email hello@stringandhoney.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the US on our website. Our original S&H designs are typically available for international orders on our Etsy shop. Boutique items are only available on our US site. We hope to expand to international shipping on our site in the future! If you don’t see the item you want on our Etsy shop, please email hello@stringandhoney.com - we can typically update our inventory so you can purchase the item on Etsy!

What if you don’t have my size?

We try our absolute best to be as size-inclusive as possible! If you don’t see your size for one of our S&H original apparel items, please shoot us a note at hello@stringandhoney.com - we will try to find a similar style/color in your size!

Why are some items listed as “preorders”?

To help reduce waste and to help avoid having too much stock, we are switching many of our items to being preorders, meaning it gets printed after you order it, AKA it is made just for you!! :) Items that are not listed as “preorder” are either made in house by yours truly with materials already in stock and/or are ready to ship based on our current processing time of 1-3 weeks. Preorders add an additional 1-2 weeks on top of that timeline.
